Superior Watershed Partnership
Early on when I had the concept for Great Lakes Oracle, I immediately knew I wanted to give back to the lakes with the sale I was going to be blessed with in a monetary way.
One of my favorite organizations is the Superior Watershed Partnership.
Each summer the Superior Watershed Partnership hires and trains between 25-30 young men and women to work on the Great Lakes Climate Corps. They travel, camp, and work on environmental projects throughout the Upper Peninsula. They also partner with other programs essential to the Great Lakes such as Piping Plover Habitat Protections and the Stannard Rock Lighthouse restoration project.
Since our first sales have come in, we have been donating to the Superior Watershed Partnership. I believe as the Great Lakes Oracle collective grows, we can make impact well beyond the lake energy we work with through our products.
